Making the most of the meat we eat and boosting our intake of veg is now more important than ever. Join rising cookery star Rachel De Thample at Books for Cooks on Wednesday 19 October and discover the advantages of a high-welfare, low-impact diet with this new and inspirational way of eating.

In the course, she’ll be cooking some of our favourite recipes from her new book, hailed as ‘The cookbook of our time’ by Mark Bittman of The New York Times.
