Acklam Village Market is a venue of collaboration, London’s best in street food, drink, entertainment and art. With over 20 market vendors who source at the highest level, and only serve organic ingredients and authentic, traditional recipes from all over the world.

Guasacaca, a local vendor shares their recipe for the famous Venezuelan dip that their stall is named after. It makes a great snack to dip with, appetiser or sauce to go with any dish for any occasion! Some people describe it as guacamole with a kick.

What you will need

2 avocados

A bunch of coriander

1 green bell pepper

3 cloves of garlic

3-4 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of vinegar

Salt to taste

Chilli powder to taste

Cooking instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth – should have a lighter and thinner consistency than guacamole.
