Tendering construction for Dickens Mansions and Eliot Mansions
This month, we’ll be tendering for the contract to build Dickens Mansions and Eliot Mansions. Up to now we’ve been working on fine-tuning the drawings, to make sure those tendering can give us an accurate cost.

Filling the New Commercial Units
We’ve been exploring potential uses for the new commercial spaces on Portobello Road. We’ve had lots of interest from businesses, and will soon be deciding which ones to make offers to.
New Roads Adopted
Bonchurch Road and Faraday Road have now been adopted by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This means that RBKC are now responsible for maintaining the roads and enforcing parking restrictions.
