Connecting and supporting Catalyst Housing residents to make a difference in improving services and their customer experience.
The Kensington Residents’ Forum (KRF) represents all residents of Catalyst Housing within Kensington & Chelsea as well as residents in Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
Working proactively in partnership with Catalyst and other service delivery partners, the aim of the group is to promote the interests of residents through bringing about lasting and continuous value for money improvements in housing management services and customer experience.
All Catalyst residents are welcome to attend the KRF meetings, you do not need to be a member of an existing group or association.
Meetings and events are held to express views, hear about local issues and opportunities, input into service provision, consultations and meet neighbours. Each meeting has a dedicated residents’ slot, where residents can raise any issues they may have.
The KRF meetings are held every two months on the third Wednesday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at a local venue. (Dates of meetings taking place in 2015 –18 March, 20 May, 15 July, 16 September and18 November).
If you would like to make a difference in improving the services that you receive, why not attend one of the meetings or contact Maxine at Catalyst to find out how you can help to improve standards, opportunities and services you receive.
