Independent Tenants’ Advisor

TPAS will provide independent and impartial advice to you on all things surrounding the regeneration of Wornington Green.

  • Do you have access to the information you need about the
    future of your home, or community?
  • Do you have any questions about the regeneration but don’t
    know who to ask?
  • Do you want to discuss what is happening now or planned
    for the future?
  • Do you need information on what tenancy your son or
    daughter will be offered?
  • Do you want to be listened to on the regeneration issues that
    matter to you?

Accessing the service is easy. An advisor is here to help keep you informed: Keep an eye out for newsletters and on the website for updates. You can also attend the residents steering group meetings or contact TPAS direct who will provide support with your queries.

Rhys Evans is the new co-ordinator of the outreach service from TPAS over the spring and summer. Rhys is a qualified youth and community worker and will be hosting events for the whole community to come and have fun, share your views and meet your neighbours.

TPAS are pleased to launch the Community Action Team (CAT) that will champion and campaign on local issues, and deliver innovative projects for the whole community. If you would like to get involved please contact Rhys Evans who will be there to support local Community Actions.

Don’t forget that the next Residents Steering Group meeting will be taking place on Thursday 28 June, 6pm at the Venture Centre, Rod Cahill, Catalyst’s Chief Executive will be in attendance to speak to local residents.
