Supper with Rosie is a culinary scrapbook that incorporates the tastes and aromas of Rosie’s extensive travels through Asia, Australia, and the Mediterranean, as well as her family tree of recipes, to create new and contemporary dishes that will save you time and money whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Based on the old-fashioned principles of frugal cooking, Rosie uses seasonal and store-cupboard ingredients to conjure up easy and accessible dishes bursting with flavour.

With her refreshing approach to cooking Rosie has infiltrated new and exotic flavours into traditional dishes with creative flair to show you how easy it is to adapt, revise and revive old recipes and turn them into something new and exciting. Soon every reader will be inspired to start their own journal of food memories and recipes to pass on to generations to come.

Rosie Lovell runs Rosie’s Deli in Brixton Market, London, as well as organising monthly supper clubs. She writes a blog for Selfridges, and her recipes have featured in Observer Food Monthly and Grazia. Her first book, Spooning with Rosie, was published in 2009.
