At the beginning of next year, we hope to move the office temporarily to the new commercial units along Portobello Road, in Phase 1 of Portobello Square.
Our intention has always been to let this space to an occupier that best suited the needs of the community, and this remains our long term aim. However, as part of a review of our local offer in Kensington we have identified an opportunity to move our Kensington office into some of this space, alongside a new sales and marketing office for the new development.
These new offices will be a great improvement on our current office, and will help us deliver a better customer experience to all of our residents in Wornington Green, Portobello Square and Kensington as a whole. We will have better facilities and will be able to deliver a higher quality of service. We intend to occupy the space for around the next five years. During this time we will consider our long term office requirements for Kensington and opportunities for permanent provision in the third phase of the regeneration.
