Computers and the internet are more and more important in our everyday lives, whether it be paying bills, looking for jobs or shopping for cheaper insurance. If you have limited access to the internet or lack confidence in using computers you could be missing out.
Catalyst Housing is delighted to be working with Dalgarno Trust and the Venture Centre on a new initiative to set up and promote IT Hubs to provide free computer training and internet access for anyone wishing to brush up on their computer skills, get to grips with the internet or simply need access to a computer.
Residents can get support to make the most of the internet, learn how to set up their own email account, apply for jobs, pay their bills and connect with friends and family around the world.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, why not visit the Dalgarno Trust IT Hub Mondays 6.30pm – 8.30pm or Saturdays 10.30am – 12.30pm. For more information drop by or call Tara on 020 8969 6300 or email email@example.com.
You can also attend one of the sessions at the Venture Centre Mondays 6pm – 9pm, Thursdays 6pm – 9pm or Fridays 10am – 12pm. The Centre also offers free accredited IT courses for adults delivered by Nova New Opportunities. For more information visit the Venture Centre or call 020 8960 3234.
