Many of you will already know that Patricia Poorman, the Catalyst Partnership and Outreach Officer has just gone on maternity leave – we wish her well and look forward to seeing her again soon! Leigh Gravenor will join us in September to cover Patricia’s maternity leave and from 3rd September he can be contacted on 020 8964 6433.
Marcia Coke is no longer working as Ardmore’s Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) on this site. Ardmore is in the process of recruiting a new RLO to act as the main point of contact for the local community for information, queries or complaints about the construction site and to assist with residents’ choice. We will let you know when a new RLO has been appointed. In the meantime please contact Brendan or Eillish at Ardmore if you have any queries (contact details on back page).
A quick reminder of the reporting arrangements for the new homes on Bonchurch Road.
Stiles Harold Williams are the managing agents for the new homes and Lars Oerts is their on-site representative. They provide facilities management (eg cleaning and maintenance) to all the communal areas and the aftercare service (ie reporting defects) for all residents.

If you report an issue to Stiles Harold Williams they will acknowledge that they have received your report, let you know what they will do about it and how long you can expect to wait to have it resolved.
