If you are a budding chef aged between 18 and 24 who is not currently in education, employment or training, we have an offer that is guaranteed to tickle your taste buds. In March, we will be running a 3-week ‘Recipe for Work’ course including:
Week 1: Food Hygiene + First Aid sessions + CV writing.
Week 2: A Bitesize of Fifteen. A whole week gaining basic cooking skills at Fifteen London, the restaurant set up by Jamie Oliver in 2002, including butchery, fishmongery and bakery.
Week 3: Work experience with a local employer and signposting to a future career path.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will give you all the tools you need to get into the restaurant industry.
