The spotlight for tenants’ household needs and where people would like to move to is now moving on from Phase 1 to Phases 2 and 3. This includes the following blocks:
Edward Kennedy House, 192 and 194 Wornington Road and flats 74, 76, 78 and 80-96 Pepler House.
Thompson House and Norman Butler House.
Paul House, Rendle House, Olive Blythe House, Wells House, Murchison House and 300 Ladbroke Grove.
From November our Resident Liaison Officers, Mary Marshall and Yvonne Williams, will be writing to residents to make appointments to visit you to establish the size and type of home you need, identify any adult household members who would like separate housing, and to find out whether you wish to be housed permanently in the new development or elsewhere.
Quite a number of residents have already provided us with their details, in which case we will be contacting you to check whether anything has changed and ensure our information is up-to-date.
During these visits we will also be asking if you and your family members are working, in education or training, so that we can develop a work profile and identify training needs across the estate.
If you have a pet, we will also be taking details to establish a list of all existing pets on the estate. We will then give tenants the opportunity to request permission to take their existing pet(s) with them into the new development as long as they haven’t caused any antisocial behaviour.
We look forward to talking to you about your needs and preferences for your new home.
If you would like to arrange a visit, you can contact Mary on 0208 964 6447 and Yvonne on 020 8964 6415.
